I love the no poo method have been doing it for a few month and I only was my hair about once a week or so with the baking soda and ACV. Sometimes I use a local shampoo bar, but only when I am in a really rush and I don't have time to dry my hair before leaving. I know the ACV smell goes away once it is dry, but it is supper awkward sitting in class at like 8am and smelling like ACV.

I've actually just started doing this, except I call it a baking soda and vinegar cleanse (because it sounds SO much better than "no-poo"). I'm trying to stretch it out to doing it only two times a week instead of three, but it's tough. Thankfully, I have short hair! The thing with this cleanse is you have to keep up with it, eventually your hair will balance out its natural oils, unless your body overproduces hair oils.

Did you managed to try this method out for more than one day? I currently wash my hair with eco/natural soaps about 2x week. The hairstylist that I go to has been encouraging me stretch that out to once per week. I haven't yet ventured into the no shampoo zone, but am curious to try it.

I was try the 'no poo method' for some time, but it's not really working for me, I use now green clay to wash my hair and that's so great! You should definitely try it once :-)
