Raw Wrap/Taco/Burrito (video)

This recipe is an easy way to incorporate more fresh, organic, raw food into your diet. Plus, it's a fun introduction to collard greens if you're unfamiliar with them. You can follow the recipe or get creative with what you have on hand. It's crunchy and savory and makes a nice snack or lunch.

Servings: 1


  • collard greens - 2
  • optional: raw sauce (homemade or purchased; Kiki's Raw is used in the video)
  • dill - 2 sprigs (or to taste)
  • tomtato (medium) - 1/4
  • cucumber (medium) - 1/4
  • carrot (medium) - 1/4
  • red bell pepper - 1/4


  1. Wash collard greens and spread out on flat surface
  2. Top with sauce, if using
  3. Sprinkle on dill leaves on one of the collard greens, and compost dill stems
  4. Chop veggies into bite size pieces and add onto collard green
  5. Roll filled collard green into taco-like shape, then wrap 2nd collard green around it to make a tight wrap
  6. Eat whole or cut in half
