Ingredients:
- collard greens - 2
- optional: raw sauce (homemade or purchased; Kiki's Raw is used in the video)
- dill - 2 sprigs (or to taste)
- tomtato (medium) - 1/4
- cucumber (medium) - 1/4
- carrot (medium) - 1/4
- red bell pepper - 1/4
Preparation:
- Wash collard greens and spread out on flat surface
- Top with sauce, if using
- Sprinkle on dill leaves on one of the collard greens, and compost dill stems
- Chop veggies into bite size pieces and add onto collard green
- Roll filled collard green into taco-like shape, then wrap 2nd collard green around it to make a tight wrap
- Eat whole or cut in half
