- LARABars (except for peanut or sugar-containing varieties)
- Nuts & seeds (try Kaia's Garlic Sunflower Seed Mix)
- Coconut water (try to find organic if you can, like Natural Factor's)
- Dried fruit (unsweetened and organic, like Navitas Naturals)
- Fresh fruit, especially less sweet varieties like berries
