Serves 1-2
Ingredients
- Gluten-free, vegan pizza crust (Iamori is used in this recpe, but I also like Nature's Hilights frozen brown rice crust and it's easier to find)
- Pizza sauce (marinara can be nice too; I used Eden Organics)
- Vegan cheese (my favorite is Daiya)
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Chili flakes
- Tomato (sliced)
- Jalapeno (chopped)
- Red bell pepper (diced)
- Black olives (halved)
Instructions
- Preset the oven to 400 degrees
- Make or use a gluten-free, vegan crust. If you want the crust to be a little crispy, you can spread on a bit of oil and let it toast in the oven for a few minutes before putting on the topings
- Spread on pizza sauce
- Sprinkle on your favorite vegan cheese
- Dust on garlic powder, black pepper, chili flakes
- Top with your favorite veggies like tomato slices, jalapeno, onion, red bell pepper and black olives (mushrooms are scrumptious too)
- Put the pizza in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes (until the cheese has started to melt)
- Broil for a minute or two to brown the cheese (make sure to watch it so it doesn't burn)
- Slice into pieces and enjoy!
