I've been a fan of Earth Cafe's raw vegan cheesecakes for a while, but this time I tried 4 in a row to find out which was my favorite. You'll have to watch the video to see which is number one, but I really enjoyed all of them. They are creamy with a crunchy nut crust, and they're very fresh in flavor. While they don't really taste like authentic cheesecake, you will appreciate them since they are healthy and filling.

Price: moderate-expensive (typical for raw food)
