Last night I had a great vegan meal at a non-vegan Italian restaurant, called Vicenti. They were very accommodating and experienced with making vegan dishes. I had grilled vegetables, followed by penne in tomato sauce with artichokes and mushrooms. For dessert I had a sorbet trio of green apple, lemon, and passion fruit.
