What You'll Receive
One easy-to-follow PDF guide a month with:
|
✓ 20 Recipes
5 breakfast, 5 lunch, 5 dinner, 3 snacks, 1 beverage, 1 salad dressing.
- All recipes are plant-based (free of meat, dairy and eggs), gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and low in or free of soy, oil and salt. No processed ingredients involved - just whole foods.
- Easy to follow instructions with 5 steps or less and short ingredient lists.
- No high priced, "weird" ingredients that require you to drive all over town to find - in fact, you probably already have most of them in your kitchen!
- Each recipe yields 2 servings so there's some to share with a loved one, or extra for leftovers.
- Designed to keep well in the fridge for leftovers and travel well in containers for your on-the-go lifestyle.
✓ Weekly Shopping Lists
You'll receive a shopping list for each week of the month, which includes the approximate cost of the groceries you'll be buying, leaving you room to adjust based on your budgetary needs. This list will ensure that you buy only what you need and nothing that you don’t (nothing going to waste in the kitchen), and features universal, easy to find ingredients that you will use over and over.
✓ Calendars
Reduce indecision with the calendar's suggested meal plan for each day of the month. Follow it exactly or use it as a jumping off point and adjust based on your personal preferences. Days are marked by number instead of day of the week (ie Day 1 instead of Monday), giving you the flexibility to start (or take a break) whenever you want.
✓ Delivery to Your Email Inbox
Start your week off right and have everything lined up, prepped and ready to go on Monday morning. Your monthly email will contain a link to the downloadable PDF file, which can be viewed on your computer and mobile devices. You are encouraged to access and use it digitally instead of printing it out - save some trees!
✓ Customer Service
Whitney and Lauren are available via email to answer any of your questions!

- Will I lose weight with this plan?
- This plan is not designed specifically for weight loss and doesn't guarentee it - instead it supports a healthy, feel-good lifestyle. None the less, cutting back on processed foods packaged products and overly-flavored restaurant dishes can certainly result in weight loss. And if you're brand new to the plant-based diet you may trim down as a result of eating less meat and dairy. It's important to listen to your body and adjust the recommended meals and serving sizes to your body - start small and add more if you're still hungry after about 20 minutes and a glass of water.
- How much money will I save?
- This will differ from person to person, but based on the average amount spent on packaged items and restaurant meals, we estimate between $100-200 a month. You may also save $40-100 at the grocery store from being so organized - research has found that if you spend more than 30 minutes at the market, you are likely to spend an additional $1 per minute there! And since the recipes in the guide are developed for two people (or two servings for yourself), you maybe save twice the amounts above - that is a HUGE savings annually!
