Rawtte: A Healthy Alternative to Lattes

This is creamy, foamy, spicy, salty, and sweet - a great alternative to lattes.
Adapted from recipe on The Delicious Revolution


Ingredients

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 cup raw soaked almonds
  • 1/4 cup raw soaked sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw vanilla
  • 1 teaspoons maca powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons raw cacao nibs
  • 1 teaspoon carob powder
  • dash of high quality sea salt (to taste)
  • generous dash cayenne pepper (to taste)
  • generous dash cinnamon (to taste)
Blend until smooth and you're done! You'll have small pieces of nuts and seeds, but I like that. If you prefer it without, use almond milk instead of whole almonds and seeds.
