Though it may seem clear to those who are already eating a plant-based diet, people who are used to eating meat for most meals are often unsure how to be vegetarian or vegan. In this video I give my main piece advice to those who would like to transition to a animal-free diet, and I'm asking you to upload your own tips in video or comment form.
