Upon the arrival of Power Vegan I shot a couple pictures of the shiny aesthetically pleasing book, and then immediately fell into my couch where I would stay for most of the day reading through the book. Power Vegan is a one stop shop for healthy meals, overcoming obstacles in our eating habits as well as photo-illustrated workouts. It is set up in a way that allows the reader to move easily throughout the book by being able to skip around to what you want to focus on without feeling like you're missing something. With my over-stretched, too much on my plate (no pun intended) schedule, I love the no-nonsense Your Four-Seasons Eating Plan, it broke down meals by season, making healthy eating accessible.
I highly recommend Power Vegan-Plant Fueled Nutrition for Maximum Health and Fitness for those looking for something to motivate themselves, and those who may need to see planted based nutrition and fitness in a new light.
