Here's a delicious, healthy recipe for vegetables that is quick, easy, and involves no cooking or baking that will give you tons of energy and nutrition: green juice! All you need is a juicer (such as the Omega 8004 like I have), a bunch of your favorite green veggies, and about 10 minutes of time.
